Short Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for intelligence to prioritize opportunities and increase market penetration around customer verticals

Oversee and manage the distribution of sales proposals, bids, questionnaires, presentations and contracts/agreements

Contract life-cycle management. Oversee sales agreement end to end process

Leverage data analytics to increase market share, drive revenue and support sales functions

Oversee territory optimization changes and realignments to maximize opportunity

Responsible for the maximization of revenue and market share by driving bid/opportunity searches

Responsible to identify opportunities by creating appropriate strategies by using various analytic tools and data.

Work with internal groups to successfully implement strategies and tactics developed to meet the revenue/opportunity goals

Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement strategies to improve efficiency

Create and support a strategy for online opportunity searching and support as necessary.

Manage staff and oversee development of their cross-functional skills to ascertain information and approvals necessary for proposal submission from the Branch, the Region, and the Legal, Pricing, Insurance, Safety, Employee Relations and Purchasing Departments, as well as Senior Management

Train personnel, manage timelines and encourage personal development

Cultivate a good understanding of legal terminology to negotiate large contracts

Manage online subscription and Sales payments using Oracle IProcurement

Requirements

Professional Experience

Ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment

Math aptitude

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Salesforce.com Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about continuous improvement

Must be willing and able to relocate to Bonita Springs, Florida or surrounding areas

Sales related support function experience

Educational Background

Masters degree in a Business discipline

A Bachelor degree in a Business discipline
