The Recruiting Coordinator is the main support function for the Herc Rentals Recruiting Team across North America including working with all of the business units within the company.
Responsible for data management and integrity throughout the requisition creation process
Initiating candidate background checks and drug test
Partnering with HR Business Partners to begin on the boarding process
Generating non-competition and non-disclosure agreements in partnership with legal
Running regular and ad hoc reports
Travel Coordination for interviews and events
Processing and tracking invoices
Administering the Recruitment email inbox and phone line
Assist with pre-onboarding administration for new hires
Monitoring data transfer from applicant tracking system to the employee database
Coordinate with Marketing and Communications
Posting Jobs to Social Media
Maintaining Career website
Drafting internal communications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Preferred or 2-5 years’ experience in a highly sensitive, administrative role
Conditions of Employment
Proven experience supporting a team of managers in a fast-paced environment
Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to recognize research and resolve basic issues
Strong customer management skills
